Mary's Valley Meat Processing would like to welcome all deer hunters for 2018-2019 Season.  Our business is a family-owned & operated 7,500 sq. ft. state of the art facility.  Here at Mary's Valley Meat we provide a service that delivers a quality product at a quality price.  Your meat is vacuum pak & labled.  Also, don't have to wait months to get your deer summer sausage back the return of your deer meat is quickly.  We process each deer individually and you are guaranteed to get your deer back.  $100.00 per deer skinning & processing included.  Required deposit of $100.00 per deer will be required at check-in time.  We accept cash, checks with drivers license & credit/debit card which fees will apply.  For all other pricing & info. call (573) 786-6328 or email to

PLANT HOURS for BOW/ALTERNATIVE/ANTLERLESS HUNTING - Monday - Friday from 8am to 5 pm.  After hours and weekends only on call or we have an outside deer cooler to drop your deer off ( fill out check-in paper ).  Do not leave your deer tag.

YOUTH HUNTING SEASON - Our plant will be closed, but we will be excepting deer drop offs or cooler meat in our outside cooler.  We have paper work hanging by cooler door to fill out & tie to you deer (do not leave your tags).  Deer must be field dressed.

LOCATION:  Address is 20 Brown Cemetary Road, Steelville, Mo  65565.  We are located on Hwy 8  30 miles west of potosi & 6 miles east of Steelville near Huzzah Valley Resort.
